Trentos Disposal & Services operates heavy equipment and is not responsible for damage done to driveways, lawns, septic tanks, and utility wires. It is the customer's responsibility to provide direction for container placement.

The containers are not watertight. Liquids that leak on the customer's land and during transit to the disposal facility will be (or are) the customer's responsibility. If a container needs to be moved to a new spot, we will charge a placement fee, starting at $150. The customer (land owner) owns all waste until it has been accepted at a transfer disposal facility.

The customer is responsible for all weight in the container including snow, ice, and water. Customers should consider covering the container in inclement weather in order to avoid additional weight.
